What is ARRA?

2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act
(ARRA)

P.E.A.C.E., Inc. provides job readiness and employment training programs through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) by helping individuals who are under-employed or unemployed obtain jobs.

ARRA is also know as the Federal Stimulus Program. P.E.A.C.E., Inc. is the designated agency for Onondaga County to receive funds to help put people in poverty to work by providing training, support and job placement.

P.E.A.C.E., Inc. has developed 15 Connect2Work programs to accomplish this goal by September 30, 2010.
