Departments:
Executive Department:
The executive department provides overall direction, leadership and support to all of P.E.A.C.E., Inc. programs and support staff. The Executive Department also ensures that the P.E.A.C.E., Inc. board of director is provided with pertinent information on a timely basis, as well as scheduling and notifying the board members of committee and full board meetings.

Public Relations Department:
The public relations department is responsible for the promotion of agency programs and services throughout the local community and Onondaga County. Promotion of the agency is done through many avenues including community, business and school presentations, marketing materials (newsletters, brochures, flyers and billboards), press releases, community awareness programs, media relations, family friendly trade shows and much more.

Information Technology (I.T.):
The I.T. department offers a centralized system of services to sufficiently
accommodate use by staff and community residents, and efficiently ensure
accurate communications and productive delivery of services. With today's ever
changing technology, the I.T. department is responding to the challenges by developing a network to meet the agency's current and future technology goals.

Planning Department:
The planning department is responsible for ensuring agency growth through contract monitoring, agency and program development, strategic planning, grant writing, community needs assessments and client satisfaction surveys.

Training Department:
The training department is committed to providing ongoing professional development training for staff, as well as providing financial assistance for employees seeking a higher education degree at an accredited college.

Fiscal Department:
The fiscal office oversees all fiscal aspects of the agency, as well as monitoring over 100 contracts per year for agency programs and services.

Human Resources Department:
The human resources department is responsible for internal and external recruitment, posting job listings, tracking applicants, processing new hires and orienting new hires. Human resources is also responsible for maintaining the agency's job descriptions and salary wage scale, as well as ensuring equitable compensation, administration of benefit plans, maintaining employee files, ensuring compliance with the various employment laws and regulatory agencies and providing assistance to all employees.

Facilities Department:
P.E.A.C.E., Inc. programs are located in over thirty buildings throughout Onondaga County. These facilities are owned, leased or managed by P.E.A.C.E., Inc. or are collaborations with other programs. P.E.A.C.E., Inc. employs their own custodial staff that maintains the facilities. Our staff is committed to maintaining all of our sites so that services to children and families are provided in buildings that are clean, safe and meet all regulations and codes. P.E.A.C.E., Inc. works closely with various regulatory agencies and landlords, where applicable, to ensure that our clients as well as staff enjoy an environment that is safe, healthy, clean and meets the needs of our programs.
