Client Complaint Resolution Policy and Procedures

It is the Agency's goal to address any and all client concerns in a timely fashion.
Clients are encouraged to address concerns to the Program Director first. If the
Program Director is unavailable or unresponsive, clients may contact the Agency's
Human Resources Director, Chief Financial Officer or Executive Director.
