Family Resource Centers are community based sites located thourghout Onondaga County. Programs include emergency assistance, crisis intervention, advocacy, supportive services, employment support, youth activities, education and family development partnerships.

Healthy Relationship Program is a program designed for singles and pre-martial couples that teach skills which will promote healthy relationships now and healthy marriages in the future.

EITC-You've Earned It! is a program that prepares and files taxes for families with low to moderate income for free. After taxes, the FDICMoney Smart Training trains participants how to create a basic budget, introduce them to banking services, how to save with little or no money, build / repair credit and more.

Energy and Housing Services offer the community our expertise in energy reduction programs and our commitment to a healthy environment. We are able to offer a variety of programs to suit many home-owners through Weatherization, Home Performance with Energy Star, EmPower New York, Multifamily Building Performance and the WAP Program.
