PEACE, Inc. empowers people by providing them with the tools to overcome poverty, live with dignity, and achieve their full potential. We could not provide the services we do without the help of our dedicated volunteers.

Community Volunteers

There are many ways for you to become involved in PEACE, Inc.’s fight against poverty. PEACE, Inc. offers programs for people of all ages around the county, and volunteers can help in a variety of roles. To take the first step in beginning a rewarding volunteer experience, please complete the Volunteer Information Sheet and submit it to Volunteer@peace-caa.org or mail it to:

Interns

Through the internship program, PEACE, Inc. offers college and graduate level students an opportunity to work with people who are living in poverty as they struggle to become self sufficient.  Meaningful unpaid internship assignments are available on a part-time and full-time basis throughout the year, depending on the availability of meaningful assignments and the needs and capacity of programs.

Mentors

Young lives can be profoundly affected by a relationship with a caring, responsible adult. Conversely, the life of a caring adult can be greatly enriched by fostering a relationship with a young person.
