    EDUCATIONAL AND SKILL BUILDING PRE-MARITAL CLASSES FOR SINGLES AND UNMARRIED COUPLES

    “HEALTHY MARRIAGES BEGIN WITH HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS”

    Are you single and find yourself in unhealthy relationships?

    Are you in a committed relationship and thinking about marriage but wonder if you and your partner have the necessary skills to have a healthy marriage?

    Have you ever wondered how some couples are able to sustain long-term marriages?

    Interested in learning tips on healthy marriages/healthy relationships?

    Does your partner refuse to attend pre-marital education classes with you because s/he thinks they will be boring or cost too much?

    If you answered yes to any of the above questions then our healthy relationship classes may be for you. P.E.A.C.E., Inc. is offering educational classes designed for singles and pre-marital couples that will teach skills which will promote healthy relationships now and healthy marriages in the future. The classes are fun, voluntary, free and held throughout Onondaga County. Classes are offered in both English and Spanish. Funding for this program is through the Department of Health and Human Services, Administrat-ion for Children and Families.

  • Tips on how to have a committed relationship
  • Information on the stages of relationships
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • And more!
  • (Please note that the classes are educational and skills building in nature. We are not a marriage counseling program nor do we offer individual therapy sessions).

    Program Eligibility Requirements:

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older;
  • Single adult or pre-marital couple
  • Onondaga County resident
  • Household income:
Persons in Family or Household:  Income same as or less than:

3 $34,340
4 $41,300
For each additional person add $6,960
