Programs & Activities
After School Program
Serving youth ages 6 – 14 by providing tutoring, homework assistance, math skills, literacy and reading comprehension.
Monday – Thursday 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Summer Youth Programs
Supervised education and recreational activities, arts and crafts, nutrition and exercise sessions, entrepreneur club and organized field trips for children 6-14. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided.
Monday – Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Youth Advisory Council
Open to junior high and high school teens. Discuss issues of significance in their lives and community along with performing community service projects.
Families are allowed to visit the clothing closet once every thirty days for clothing and household items.
G.E.M.S. to Jewels (Girls Empowered with Moral Standards)
GEMS to Jewels is a positive resource for young ladies ages 8-16. This program promotes positive values, helps to improve self-esteem, encourages wise decision making, partakes in community services and teaches responsible behavior. This program creates the women of tomorrow today.

Area residents and local merchants concerned about the community contribute ideas and suggestions often incorporated into FRC programs.
