Early Head Start:
Early Head Start (EHS) promotes the physical, cognitive, social and emotional growth of infants and toddlers, as well as prenatal education and support services to pregnant women.
To qualify you must meet federal income guidelines, have a child from birth to 3 years of age or be an expectant mother.
