Christina Lear, RN has worked as a Health Advocate at the Merrick Head Start / Early Head Start site since 2016, and was honored as our Employee of the Month in March of 2018 for the guidance she has given to her co-workers and the dedication she has shown to the children enrolled at her site. This time around, she was nominated for doing double-duty to successfully develop and plan and and kick-off a Medication Administration Training program when her colleague was unexpectedly incapacitated for an extended period of time.
