These are some of the activities and services we invite you to participate in at the Southside FRC:
Family Development Partnership
Family and worker establish partnership to set goals to help families become self-sufficient.
New York State Department of Labor listings, resume writing and classes designed to help customers find employment.
Youth Activity Program
For Youth ages 5 – 14
School Year: Mon. – Fri. 3-5 p.m.
Summer: Mon. -Thur. 8:30 a.m. –
Activities include homework assistance, arts & crafts, field trips and snacks. (Parent participation required)
Life Skills..Goal Setting
Focuses on developing the tools needed to survive and thrive in today’s world. Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Neighborhood Advisory Council
Area residents and local merchants concerned about the community contribute ideas and suggestions often incorporated into FRC.
Family Support Services
Parenting classes, Early Head Start, seminars and workshops on health, nutrition, budgeting and computer training.
