PEACE, Inc.’s Family Reentry Program provides intensive 1:1 case management services to assist justice-involved individuals and their families/households to gain financial, social, and housing stability as well as family reunification.
The Family Reentry Case Manager works closely with clients to establish and pursue current and 90-day goals surrounding family reunification, housing, education, health, work, finance/budgeting, substance abuse, and identification (i.e. Driver’s or non-driver’s licenses, other IDs).
