April 21 was a great day for PEACE, Inc. and Rollin Mincher, our Frank DeFrancisco Eastwood Community Center manager. Onondaga County Executive J. Ryan McMahon visited the center and proclaimed the day “Rollin Mincher Day” for his over 25 years as a tireless advocate for our County’s families, the Department of Children and Family Services, and its Special Needs Fund.
