Employee of the Month
Hipolito “Polo” Heredia Diaz
Hipolito “Polo” Heredia Diaz was hired in November 2020 to fill a one-year Custodian Crew Leader Assistant position that was created with the new CARES Act funding, and then transitioned into a permanent floating custodian position. At one of the sites he has served, Jordan Head Start, the entire team submitted a nomination on his behalf for the Employee of the Month award, for his kindness and courtesy and for the many ways in which he goes above and beyond what is expected of him, not just in his work but also in how he looks out for the staff there.
Thank you, Polo, our Employee of the Month for May, for everything you do!
