Domini Vaughn began working in the Head Start program in 2003 as an Administrative Assistant, and has been a Data Quality Assistant since 2008. She was previously recognized as the Employee of the Month in December 2006 for her consistent thoroughness and dedication to her work, and is being honored with this award again for the extra effort she has given while her team has been short-staffed, especially this month during the completion of the annual Program Information Report.
