The Bonadio Group Gives Back Again at the Sixth Annual Purpose Day Event

PEACE, Inc. once again proudly hosted The Bonadio Group for its sixth annual Day of Purpose Event on August 4. 20 volunteers alongside PEACE, Inc. staff members accomplished much by scraping and painting the walls at our IT and Maintenance facility, painting at our Emma L. Johnston Southside Family Resource Center, and staining the entrance ramp at Westside Family Resource Center. The agency thanks everyone for their efforts!

Are you a business, organization, or community group looking for a chance to give back? To learn more about how your can team with PEACE, Inc., contact the Community Engagement Department at 315-470-3300 or communityengagement@peace-caa.org.

Lots of Summer Fun for Youth at PEACE, Inc. Family Resource Centers

Lots of Summer Fun for Youth at PEACE, Inc. Family Resource Centers

The Eastside and Westside Family Resource Centers had fun-filled summers for city youth.

At Eastside, the “Let Me Be Great” Program blended fun and education, taking field trips to locations such as Montezuma Nature Preserve and receiving valuable financial, CPR, and Stop the Bleed trainings.

At Westside, elementary school-age youth engaged in similar educational activities such as arts and crafts and even some yoga!

Both groups enjoyed time by the water at Skaneateles Lake too. Once again, we thank Joe Hucko and the Washington Street Partners for opening his home to our youth!
